LHRC has three legal aid clinics, in Kinondoni Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, and In Arusha City Centre
The state of the art clinics are designed to be model legal aid clinics within a country, and they are organized into units that serve clients. The clinics have four units: Family Unit, Employment Unit, Land Unit, and Civil Unit, as well as one subunit called admission
Kinondoni Clinic was the first clinic to be established. The experience obtained from operating this clinic aided in the establishment of other clinics in the Dodoma and Arusha regions. Every day, an average of 60 people are served at Kinondoni Clinic. This clinic is located at Isere Street in Kinondoni - Dar es Salaam.
The Arusha legal aid clinic offers a state-of-the-art workspace and library with a variety of human rights learning resources. The clinic offers Students volunteering sessions, work on internships basis, conduct research, create legal papers, and attend clients at the clinic. This clinic is located at Sakina Kwa Idd in Arusha.
The legal aid office in Dodoma opened at a time when the LHRC was focusing on improving mutual working relationships with government ministries, parliament, and the court in order to ensure the protection and promotion of human rights in Tanzania. This clinic has been quite helpful in lobbying for concerns that have come up during legal aid sessions. This clinic is located at Area D in Dodoma
